I offer both digital products (sound packs, sample kits, downloadable content) and handcrafted physical products (skins, pouches, dust covers, and custom orders). I reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person or region at my discretion.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR. Other currencies may be displayed for reference purposes via the currency selector available on the website. I reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. I accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation. All digital sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal applicable to physical goods.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Shipping & Delivery

Physical orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. I am not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including wrong shipping address, email, or telephone number. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all delivery details are accurate before completing their order.

All original content on this store — including designs, graphics, product visuals, and branding — is the intellectual property of LofiAndy.

Sound Packs & Sample Kits — Licensing

The license type applicable to each sound pack or sample kit varies by product. Some packs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only, while others may permit use in commercial projects. Customers are responsible for checking the individual product page before purchase to confirm the license terms applicable to that specific pack. Redistribution or resale of any digital product remains strictly prohibited regardless of license type.
